As the only known divable cave in Lake 1, Sagittarius is perhaps the most well known cave in the area.  The close proximity to town, the ease of entry, and the immediately beautiful underwater scenery all contribute to its popularity.  Some 1000 feet of highly decorated cave have been mapped, most of it in the early 1980's.
